One Year Blog-iversary Celebrations: Wardrobe Favourites
InMyWardrobe is one year old today!
Time really does fly when you’re having fun.
A year ago I wrote my first post. Even though I knew I was passionate about writing, fashion and being in front a camera, I wasn’t absolutely sure I would stick with it. But honestly, today I can’t see myself not blogging.
I’m thankful to all of you who were here from the beginning and all those who have joined along the way. We’re celebrating for the whole month!. Throughout September I’ll be recapping my favourite posts and outfits and I’ll also share some of my favourite places to shop.
But today, I’m sharing some of my favourite things InMyWardrobe. I had an amazing photoshoot last weekend and I almost couldn’t wait until today to share with you.
Keep reading to see why I have tons of love for each of these necklace sets, shoes, bags and dresses.
You should know by now I love my Bijoux Terner and this set goes well With tank tops and work shirts. That versatility makes it a keeper. I’ve had it for about two years and the “gold” hasn’t tarnished. Pretty awesome for costume jewellery.
Sometimes, I wear very simple outfits which need a burst of colour and this has not yet disappointed me. It’s a bit much so I only wear it when a bit much is just what I need.
For some reason the vast majority of my bags are either huge or clutches. When I got this one earlier this year, I fell in love with how holds more than you would think at first glance and still remains easy to carry. I then decided that coral was a neutral colour and I’ve found a way to make it work with several outfits.
This bag was one of the last things I bought before I began my shopping ban. It was one of those things I wanted but definitely didn’t need. Now I love how it livens up my work wardrobe. I’m sure turquoise isn’t a “professional” colour but oh well…
It so happens that three of my favourite dresses represent three very different sides of me: The easy, breezy (almost) communing with nature naturalista above, the classic 50’s style black, white and red below and the sexy, super high heel rocking image which follows.
As for the shoes, I love looking down and seeing these red babies but the almost-black Vince Camutos are my absolute favourites in my wardrobe.
There you have it! I hope you enjoyed. Leave your comments, join me on Facebook and follow me on Twitter.
